If you’re the ambitious type, I’ve recently had a pretty unique job opportunity come available (London) for a Structural Engineer of 4-6 years’ experience.
The best bits;
* Fresh firm who’ve been on the block since 2019 & have grown into double figures during that period, despite the past couple of years
* Based slightly East London where the cool kids like to hang out, but fully behind a split between WFH & time in the office
* Plenty of room for growth & progression which is visible to the eye, as opposed to just being promised &/or spoken about
* Whilst support is heavy with 3 Chartered Engineers (1 per 3 more junior members), they’d like to provide autonomy, so someone who’s like to flourish & take on more responsibility would be welcomed
* Instant opportunity to take ownership of smaller scale projects (with support when & where required!) & on larger projects (communications with external parties, as well as the design), take ownership of more junior members of the team, providing you with mentoring/management experience
* Great support with chartership, which you’ll ideally be looking to achieve within the next 12-24 months’... great if you've already achieved it!
