Structural Engineer

Moving on from your first job is a little bit like leaving your first half-serious relationship when you’re 18 years old.

Nobody has to do anything wrong for it to happen, the want or need for something new just creeps in sometimes. We’re only human.

Sure, there’s occasions where something goes wrong –

Somebody cheated / your employer hired somebody just like you, but for a salary 4k higher

Somebody felt claustrophobic / your employer didn’t give you enough exposure to develop or suggested you bring a sleeping bag to work moving forward

Somebody lost trust / your employer made promises but didn’t keep them Etc etc.

But sometimes, nothing goes wrong.

No one cheated, nobody made you feel claustrophobic and nobody broke your trust.

And still, you just feel like you need a change.

I’m looking to speak with smart, creative and personable Structural Engineers with 2-4 years’ experience with regards to an opportunity with one of London’s finest small/medium consultancies who like to put a heavy design-led spin on how they engineer, whilst striving to deliver sustainable design, offering plenty of opportunity for their Engineers to develop design experience across a wide range of materials - especially timber.

They’re also exceptional when it comes to supporting aspiring Structural Engineers with their chartership, particularly the IStructE route, so if sitting the exam is on your agenda in the next 2 or 3 years – you’d be hard pushed to find a better home in time for your exam preperation.
