A rare opportunity has just come live for a Structural Engineer of 2-3 years’ expereince (roughly) in Central London.
Some of you will have aspirations to work on projects in the UK & abroad but in reality, the opportunity to do that is fairly small with so many consultancies working almost entirely on UK based projects - which is great, it’s just that you’d like something a little difference & a chance to build and develop different skills.
This design driven, super up & coming consultancy who’ve been in existence for just over half a decade, growing to around 20 members of stuff during this period despite COVID & who happen to regularly work on projects all over the world, are looking for somebody just like you.
What’re the most important things for most 2-3 year old Structural Engineers?
Usually it’s the level of exposure/responsibility on projects (as well as interesting projects), providing you with learning & development opportunities
That may be closely followed by support with chartership & a trialled and tested setup in place to help get you there
As well as working with other talented, highly skilled & highly experienced people - after all, these are the people you’ll learn from
If you can be paid mid-high end of the market while you’re at it, that would almost seem like the perfect job at this stage - right?
