We're looking for somebody with around 6 or 7 years' experience, someone who's a high flying, high achieving, enthusiastic (like seriously, get animated about what you do & what you wanna do!) & smart individual who wants to be a real leader, not a cog in a machine.
We're not sure which Senior Structural Engineer this wouldn't appeal to in all honesty, providing they're ambitious as hell & hold the above characteristics. Those types of people aren't supposed to blend in, they're supposed to have their say, be able to make an impact in a way they'd like & have the opportunity to progress accordingly.
And that's why this job almost certainly provides a better opportuntiy than the one you already have.
Our client founded a few years back now & since then, despite not pursuing any work (at all) & simply responding to incoming enquiries from previous connections, they've managed to grow to just under 20 people - for any start up, let alone a structural engineering start up, that is phenomenal & shows the direction they're heading. Although, worth noting it's been very sustainable growth so far & they've turned work away in order to maintain that - this ties in with keeping progression opportunity in place for people.
They've already been picking up projects in excess of 100 million quid & plenty of projects in the tens of millions, all with really notable architects. That said, they do enjoy working on some smaller scale projects too & as a new and fairly young firm in terms of the demograhpic, they like teaming up with really cool up & coming architects too.
Joining these guys as a Senior Engineer at this point provides more opportunity than arguably any firm in London, not just because of where they're at in their existence but the undoutable trajectory potential, of the firm themselves yes but also, that means trajectory potential for you.
We can see this firm emulating a few other names in the next 5 years or so (whilst already competing) & if the obvious does happen, what that means for you could be huge if you keep moving at the pace you have been for the past 6/7 years.
If you're a sh*t hot Senior Structural Engineer who'd open to a next step at the start of 2023, providing the opportunity puts you in a position where you'd be almost stupid to say no to exploring it further, give us a shout!
