Associates/Aspiring Associate Structural Engineers of London, I don't want to hear the words, "I'm not looking for another job", & here's why...
This is a serious opportunity for serious people only.
And by serious, I don't mean those who are actively looking for a job & aren't going to 'waste my time'. The right person for this job is extremely unlikely to be 'looking for another job'. They're probably going about their business, kicking the ass out of the job they already have & I’ll happily run the risk of ‘wasting my time’ to run this by those people.
By serious what I mean is serious people, with serious ambitions & who possibly deserve a little better, either in terms of how they're treated or in terms of the realness of the progression opportunities available to them.
