Are you a Senior Structural Engineer (wanting to become an Associate) with a desire to be heavily involved in driving a business forward, switching your focus business development & other areas, taking a small step away from the technical?

A long-term & exceptionally popular client of mine is doing something that they’ve never done before.
Firstly, they’re hiring an Associate. For the record, they’ve never even hired a Senior Engineer.
This guy & those within the leadership teams are renowned for hiring juniors & developing them very, very well.
And as an FYI, the leadership currently consists of a 50/50 split male:female.
Due to growth plans & the overall business plan, a hungry, motivated & ambitious Senior/Associate level Structural Engineer is required to come & join a leadership team consisting of 5 - that’s including you.
But you, you’re going to bring something a little bit different.
The team itself, from top to bottom, is extremely strong technically. You’ll be that too but more importantly, you’ve got that fire in your belly. You’ve got that desire to make a name for yourself with architects, clients & the like. You want to be more business focused & become a face of sorts, developing into a winning work role & the like.
You’d like to be somewhere with the genuine potential to become a a Director someday & you want that path to be clear as day to see, with a Founder/Leader who’ll be happy to assure you of this possibility from day 1.
This, is what you want. Now, you just need to do your part.
