They’re now looking to add a Senior Structural Engineer to one of their teams.
Ideally, you’ll have around 5–8 years’ experience and be Chartered with ICE or IStructE — or well on your way.
The team works predominantly on high-profile existing buildings, with around 70% of their workload focused on:
• Commercial and mixed-use refurbishment
• Heritage projects
• Existing building interventions
Alongside this, there’s also a healthy mix of hotels and other sectors, so the work is varied and technically interesting.
What will you be doing?
This is a genuine Senior Engineer position, so you’ll be expected to take ownership.
You’ll be:
→ Managing projects and taking the technical lead
→ Leading and mentoring more junior engineers
→ Managing design teams and project delivery
→ Building and maintaining relationships with clients, contractors and other external parties
→ Getting involved with projects from the early stages and seeing them through to completion
One thing I particularly like about this business is that they like seeing their projects get built.
You won’t simply be designing something, handing it over and moving on.
You’ll have the opportunity to stay involved throughout the project lifecycle and see the finished product.
Salary: £55,000–£62,000 + an excellent, market-leading benefits package.
📍 Central London — easily accessible via the Jubilee and Northern lines, as well as Overground services if you’re travelling in from South London.
